In-House Design Our in-house designer makes sure you get the drawings you need to for your new building. If an engineering review is necessary, we have consulting engineers that are able review and approve our drawings. |
Permit Services We provide all building drawings needed for the permit. We can either pull your permits for you, or help you fill out the permit application. Fees charged for building permits are not included in building price and are invoiced seperately. |
Design to Completion Our company owners work with you the entire length of your project. |
Site Preparation We offer limited excavation and site preparation services. If your site is within 12", we are able to remove topsoil and bring in fill or crushed stone. |
Concrete Floors We do our own concrete. We use 3500 psi concrete with fibermesh reinforcement, vapor barrier, and expansion joints. We also offer aprons, sidewalks, and other concrete you need poured while the truck is there. |
